The Problem

The bakery’s paperwork lives in three places: a folder in the office, Clara’s email inbox and a shoebox under the shop counter, where Ella keeps the delivery paperwork. Every month, Martin collects supplier and customer invoices for the tax advisor and always misses a few. When the food safety inspector asks for the pest control reports, nobody is sure where the latest one is.

Three places for bakery paperwork

What they want:

  • every document in one place that all three can reach;
  • find any invoice by supplier, customer, date or amount;
  • keep invoices as long as the law requires, and hygiene records for 3 years;
  • nobody has to think about where to put a document.
